Meet Our Team

Perry Oster is a Senior Advisor of JLS Real Estate. Perry began his career at JLL’s Valuation Group, where he focused on the valuation of commercial & multifamily properties, eminent domain/right-of-way, and land. Perry valued over $1 billion in assets as an appraiser trainee at JLL. Later, he joined CBRE’s National Senior Housing Investment Property Sales team, focusing on Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and “Active Adult”/55+ multifamily communities.

As a Senior Advisor, Perry is responsible for providing real estate services including industrial and retail investment property sales as well as industrial leasing.

Perry is a graduate of The University of the South in Sewanee, TN, with a BA in Economics and a Minor in Finance.
